As Senior Designer on the eSteam launch campaign, I led the design systems, messaging frameworks, and visual storytelling used across digital, social, and B2B communications. My goal was to help translate a technically complex product into a clear, intuitive value proposition: innovative, proven energy that saves money on day one.
The challenge was comprehension. Even energy-sector audiences struggled to understand how eSteam worked. The opportunity was clarity. My approach centered on simplifying the message, highlighting cost savings, and crafting creative that empowered the audience rather than overwhelming them with technical detail. When you make the value feel simple and intuitive, the decision becomes simple too.
