As an Associate Creative Director within Urban Outfitters’ Art Department, I led creative efforts across campaigns, digital marketing, branding, user experience, and motion.
I scaled an in-house design and production team from a small group of brave designers to a team of over 25: designers, producers, copywriters, projects mangers, and animators.
We took the ecommerce division - an afterthought for the traditionally brick-and-mortar retailer - and scaled it to over 50% of the business in under three years.
Urban Outfitters isn’t just a retailer—it’s a global lifestyle brand and a cultural touchpoint, known for shaping and reflecting youth culture through fashion, music, and art.
My work helped translate that ethos into compelling visual narratives and cross-channel experiences, ensuring that the brand’s distinct voice remained resonant across every platform.

I developed systems for international expansion as well as tools and direction for day-to-day creative design.
